What time is check-in and check-out?: Check-in 14:00 / Check-out 11:00

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?: Free luggage storage is available from the morning of your stay.
After check-out, we will keep your room until that night.
Please bring your luggage to the front desk when you use the room.

I would like to send my luggage to the hotel in advance.: When shipping luggage to the hotel, please be sure to write the date of your stay and the name of the guest on the invoice.

Is there parking available?: Unfortunately, we do not have a private parking lot, but we can introduce you to a partner parking lot for 1,000 yen per night (tax included).

Is there a hot spring?: There is a large bath facility called “Natural Hot Spring Bizan-no-Yu” on the top floor of the 11th floor of the main building.
Hotel guests may use the room as many times as they wish, free of charge.
Bath and face towels are also free of charge for guests.
Please pick up towels at the spa reception on the 11th floor.
Those who wish to take a day trip to the spa can pay at the 11th floor reception desk and take a bath.
Please note that bathing may be restricted during the daytime due to *inspections, construction work, malfunctions, etc.

Can I use Wi-Fi?: Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
Individually managed Wi-Fi for each room.
Please use the dedicated SSID and password displayed on the top screen of your room TV.

Is there a curfew?: There is no curfew.
However, only the hotel’s main entrance is open late at night.
All other entrances and exits are locked for security reasons.
Please be careful when going out late at night or early in the morning.

Can I be placed on a waiting list?: We do not accept waiting lists.

How much is the cancellation fee for lodging and when will it be charged?: Cancellation fee will be charged from the day before your stay.

*10% of group reservations of 15 or more people will be charged 20 days in advance.

What room equipment is available?: Refrigerator, humidifying air purifier, hair dryer, etc. are available.
Toothbrushes, body towels, cotton swabs, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in guest rooms.
Please bring razors, hairbrushes, etc. from the amenity corner next to the front counter.

Do you have any items available for loan?: Electric fan / thermometer / conversion plug / sewing set / iron / nail clipper / can opener / bottle opener / wine opener / disposable chopsticks / spoon / fork / electric stand / blanket / extension cord / screwdriver
The above loaner items are available at the front desk.
Please come to the front desk if you wish to use the room.

Is there a laundromat available?: Located on the 4th floor of the main building.
Please come to the front desk if you need to exchange 100-yen coins only.

May I meet visitors in my room?: Please refrain from visiting in your guest room. Please meet in the lobby in front of the front desk on the 3rd floor.

Do you offer children’s rates?: No charge for preschool children. Elementary school children sleep free with one child per bed. Junior high school students and older are charged at adult rates.

Please tell us about breakfast.: A Japanese/Western buffet breakfast (Banquet est joy on the 2nd floor) using a variety of local Tokushima ingredients and a light meal of sandwiches, salad and coffee (Tully’s coffee on the 1st floor) are available.
